HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CROCS™
Cleaning Instructions
Rinse any loose dirt from Classic Clogs, slides, and other styles made with Croslite™ foam material.
Then handwash or dab with a damp cloth, mild soap, and cold water.
For lined styles, clean the fur by rubbing a soapy cloth over the surface lightly.
Allow your Crocs™ to dry naturally and keep them out of the sun.
Avoid exposing the shoes to extreme heat, as it can cause them to shrink or warp.
Using a washing machine to clean your Crocs™ is done at your own risk.
Cleaning your crocs
To clean your Classic Clogs, slides, and other styles made only with our signature Croslite™ foam material, simply rinse away any loose dirt, then handwash or dab them with a damp cloth, mild soap and cold water.
For lined styles, we recommend cleaning the fur by rubbing a soapy cloth over the surface of the fur, lightly.
To clean your Canvas Upper styles, shoes can be briefly soaked, lightly brushed, and air dried for cleaning. Avoid using harsh detergents and dry in a well ventilated, cool location.
Leave your Crocs™ to dry naturally and out of the sun.
Extreme heat can cause the shoes to shrink or warp, so keep them away from direct sunlight or a forced-air heater.
Cleaning your Crocs™ using the washing machine is at your own risk.
Shipping / Returns
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm. Please allow up to 48 Hours for processing of your order once payment has reflected prior to shipping. A delivery fee of R85 will be charged for each Crocs online order. *Crocs reserves the right to amend delivery costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.
